We want you to love your K-Beauty and J-Beauty finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure the items are eligible for return and provide you with a unique Return Authorization number and the return address.

Pack with Care
Securely package the unopened products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
4.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to us using a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
